Asked my Dad for a deposit before they'd even been and measured up, how can he pay a deposit when he doesn't even know how much its gonna be. They then wanted £188 to measure up, just short of four hundred pounds paid and they couldn't be bothered to tell him the price of the flooring. He got a full refund because they knew that they were trying to milk an old man for money..
