"Grabbers"

I have use this place daily for over 20 years for cigarettes and daily needs. Today I asked for my usual cigarettes, yea I know i shouldn't smoke! I was sold the wrong packet, "menthol"! I returned to the shop and was told my £10.09 mistake was my fault and toms to contact the manufacturer in USA. Bad business decision, my family and I will never use this dump again!.
